These terms govern bookings for courses, workshops, coaching and training sessions with Formwright. By booking a session you accept the terms below.
1. Parties and scope
These terms apply to all bookings made with Formwright for courses, workshops, one-to-one coaching and team training, whether made online, by phone or in person. They cover the relationship between Formwright and the individual or business making the booking, referred to here as the client.
2. Booking and quotes
Group courses and workshops are booked at the published price shown on the site, subject to availability. Team training and larger group requests are quoted individually after a scoping call, and the quote remains valid for fourteen days unless stated otherwise.
3. Performance of the work and access to the premises
Sessions take place at the Formwright studio, at the client's premises for on-site training, or remotely over video call as agreed at booking. For on-site sessions the client is responsible for providing a suitable room, power and internet access at the agreed time.
4. Prices, payment after completion and invoices
Course and coaching fees are payable by bank transfer or cash on the day unless a deposit has already secured the booking. Team training is invoiced after the session and payable by bank transfer within the term stated on the invoice.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling requests are handled under the separate cancellation policy published on this site, which forms part of these terms.
6. Liability, insurance and complaints
Formwright holds public liability insurance and takes reasonable care in delivering training, but does not guarantee specific employment or business outcomes from any course. Complaints about a session should be raised with the studio within seven days so they can be reviewed and, where appropriate, addressed with a repeat session or partial credit.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
