Cancellation & Refund Policy
Plans change, and we try to keep cancellation simple and fair. The rules below apply to course bookings, private coaching and team training.

1. Cancellation window
Cancel by phone or email at least 24 hours before your start date and pay nothing. Later cancellations may cost the price of materials already bought for you, as stated in the quote.
2. Rescheduling
Move your date free of charge. We offer the next open slot within one business day.
3. When you're due a refund
You're owed a full refund when we cancel, when we can't deliver the agreed course, or when the result misses the quote and we can't fix it within a reasonable time.
- Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before the session or course start
- Deposit is kept if cancelled within 24 hours of a course start
- Missed sessions without notice are not refunded
- Team training cancelled within 48 hours of the agreed date may be charged in part
4. How to request a refund
- Email or call the studio to cancel or reschedule
- Confirm your booking reference and preferred new date if rescheduling
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
5. Timeline
Refunds are processed within five working days of confirmation.
