Course prices are fixed and published on the site, private and team training prices are confirmed after a short call. A quote or booking confirmation is sent by email before any payment is taken.

1. How prices are set
Standard courses and workshops are booked at the listed price, private coaching is billed per session, and team training is quoted after discussing group size, tools and location.
2. Payment methods
We take cash on completion and bank transfer against invoice. No card details get collected on this site.

3. Invoicing
Businesses booking team training receive an invoice by email after the scoping call, payable by bank transfer within the stated terms. Individuals booking courses or coaching pay by bank transfer ahead of the session or in cash on the day, receipts are issued on request.
4. Deposits and materials
A deposit of around a quarter of the course fee is asked to reserve a place on group courses, the balance is due on or before the first session.
5. Late payment
Invoices not settled within the agreed term may be charged a fixed late payment fee added to the next invoice.
